Meet Aaron Villanueva
Aaron started painting at 17. His father worked residential projects across Nashville, and Aaron was beside him from the start. Work came through his uncle, but it was never consistent. His father taught him early: learn to find your own work, and never depend on someone else to provide it.
By that point Aaron was married with two toddlers. Stability was not a goal. It was a necessity. He stepped out on his own, took every referral, and treated every job like it would generate the next one. Word-of-mouth grew. Jobs became steady. Structure followed.
In 2015, that structure became AllBright Pro Painting. The idea was straightforward: build a company where the crew that shows up is screened, employed directly, and accountable for the finished product. No subcontractors. No day labor. No rotating crews that disappear halfway through the job.
Over 2,100 projects later, Aaron still walks job sites. He still reviews every estimate personally before it reaches the homeowner. He still takes calls from people who want to talk through their project before committing. AllBright now operates with 10 to 15 crew members across 5 teams, but Aaron’s involvement has not scaled away.
Aaron is direct about what drives him: his faith and his family come first. The business exists to provide for both and to serve the people who trust AllBright with their homes. That perspective keeps the work honest.

Screened, Employed Crews
Every painter goes through an evaluation covering industry experience, work ethic, and communication skills. If concerns arise during the evaluation, we do not proceed to the work stage. Our crews are W-2 employees, not 1099 subcontractors. The crew that starts your project is the same crew that finishes it.
One Point of Contact
Your project manager stays with you from execution to final walkthrough. One person who knows your project, your timeline, and your expectations. You receive daily updates through CompanyCam with timestamped progress photos so you always know the status without having to call and ask.
Transparent Pricing
Your approved estimate is your price. If you request scope changes during the project, we discuss the cost adjustment before any additional work begins. The 25% deposit secures your schedule. The remaining 75% is collected only after the final walkthrough — once every surface meets your standards.
Professional-Grade Products
We carry Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, and PPG. Interiors: Aura and Emerald for walls; Advance and Emerald Urethane for trim. Exteriors: Duration and PPG Permanizer. Cabinets: Renner Waterborne Lacquer for a factory-smooth finish. Products matched to each surface at every project.
Home Protection
Floors get drop cloths and wall-to-wall paper protection. Furniture gets plastic sheeting. Hardware gets masked. We maintain a clean workspace and complete a thorough cleanup at the end of each day — not just when the project is done.

2-year limited workmanship warranty on every painting project. If any issue arises from our workmanship within two years of completion, we come back and make it right.
Lifetime transferable warranty on concrete coating projects. Transfers to the new owner if you sell your home — one of the strongest guarantees in the Nashville market.
Lifetime product warranty from the manufacturer on all products we apply. Covers defects in the coating itself, separate from our workmanship warranty.
